When the pandemic hit, nobody knew what to do. Not only was marketing about to change forever, but everyone's lives were so turned upside down that nobody had time to keep track of how their industry was changing. Heritage Auto Repair was working through this very problem when the first restrictions were put in place. Fortunately, this left Heritage Auto open as an essential business, however it left them with an immediate burden of communication.

We began working on this project with a 48 hour deadline and a massive amount of information to communicate. We began scripting and even shooting that very night covering scenes like the one where Brittany answers the phone in her house and drops off her keys to the shop. The next day was spent finalizing the script with owners Tony and Becca Zanders and shooting the rest of the scenes we needed. The next day we edited and published the video to all of Heritage Auto Repairs online platforms and sent a link out via text to their client base.

This may be the fastest video production we have ever done, but we certainly are proud of how it came together.
